Introducing TrainingTank, Rapid Reply, and Type2Find features for MailTank

Macworld is over for another year and ever since we got back to our desks, we have been hard at work on MailTank. While we were there, we told everyone about the exciting new features we are adding. Now we are ready to roll them out

MailTank is the quickest and most efficient system for answering customer email that has ever been offered. On those occasions when an organization is inundated dozens or even hundreds of similar messages, wouldn’t it be nice to answer all those messages with only a couple of clicks? MailTank’s new Rapid Reply feature lets you do just that, while still maintaining the flexibility MailTank customers have come to expect.

Every organization has growing pains – or they’re just not growing. As new people come on board it can be challenging to get them up to speed. MailTank’s TrainingTank feature creates a secure, simulation environment for team members to work in while they learn how to interact with your customers.

MailTank’s template system slashes response time. Pre-programmed replies mean that you barely have to type when answering customer email. As the number of templates grows, MailTank’s Type2Find feature helps you to filter templates on-the-fly in the message editor so you can quickly locate the correct template and get the right answer to your customers fast.

Surf to MailTank now and get ready to move into a new era of improved customer service.

Best of Macworld

My favorite part of Macworld is catching up with friends and customers. Putting faces to the name and iChat handles we have come to know each year.

What a week!

Sitting on our homeward bound flights from Macworld, the excitement of the show was still palpable. We met a lot of great people, many of whom use MailTemplate, and made a bunch of new friends among the development community.

Two of our favorite Mac people came by the booth, Merlin Mann of 43 Folders and Leo Laporte of TWIT. They were kind enough to interview us for a segment on MacBreak. Please check it out. It was our first time on camera and frankly we think we rocked!

MacBreak 50 Macworld 2007: MacTank

Leo’s burgeoning podcast network is a joy to listen to, and Merlin is an inspiring authority on Getting Things Done, a philosophy we strive to practice daily. It is at the heart of both MailTank and MailTemplate.

After most shows we usually need to take a little time off to recharge the batteries. However, this show had a different vibe. The energy was great and we left supercharged and raring to get started on the next round of updates to MailTank! So stay tuned - it is going places you are going to love.

We want to thank everyone who stopped by and supported our company at Macworld! It is going to be an amazing 2007 and we hope to see you all there next year.
